Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of comfortable nursing on the pregnant women with heart failure in the perioperative period .Methods Eighty-two patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , each with 42 cases.The observation group received the comfortable nursing , and the control group received the routine nursing .The hospitalization days , the degree of anxiety and the maternal satisfaction were compared in two groups .Results The hospitalization days were ( 10 ±3.2 ) d in the observation group , and were less than ( 14 ±2 .7 ) d in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant (t=23.625, P<0.05).The score of anxiety in two group was reduced along with the time after operation, the degree of anxiety in the observation group was less than those in the control group , and the differences were statistically significant (t=18.265, 25.365, 34.589, 12.365, 9.654, 21.412, respectively;P<0.05).The scores of maternal psychological , physical and satisfaction were respectively (87 ±4.5), (93 ±4.6), (96 ±5.6) in the observation group, and were higher than (80 ±2.4), (88 ±3.6), (91 ±4.6) in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( t =8.956, 12.548, 15.156, respectively;P<0.05).No difference was found in patients satisfaction on the environment and equipment in two groups ( P>0.05).Conclusions Comfortable nursing on the pregnant women with heart failure in the perioperative period can improve the nursing effect and maternal satisfaction .
