Abstract:
Objective To explore the key contents of classification indicators of grading nursing in patients with liver cancer in order to provide a reference for the clinical nursing .Methods The literature review method was adopted to establish the framework of classification indicators .And the structure and content of indicators system was selected and modified by Delphi expert inquiry method among 24 experts.Results After three rounds of questionnaire consultation , the opinions of the experts were unified , and the classification indicators system of grading nursing for patients with liver cancer was developed ultimately , which included 4 first-level indicators and 28 second-level indicators.The coordination coefficient among 3 rounds of questionnaire consultation reached 0.31-0.55, with good coordination.Conclusions The classification indicators system of grading nursing for patients with liver cancer is reliable and can provide the reference for clinical nursing work for liver cancer patients.
