Abstract:
Objective To investigate the social participation in patients with primary malignant bone tumor in lower extremity after surgery,and to explore the influencing factors.Methods The descriptive and correlative design was used.Reintegration to normal life index(RNLI) was used to assess the social participation of 94 patients.Results The average score of RNLI in 94 patients was (70.62 ± 19.33)/110 after surgery.The social participation was influenced by age,marital status,postoperative complications,postoperative time and rehabilitation.Marital status and rehabilitation explained 53.3% of the total variance of RNLI.Conclusions The patients' social participation is decreased.Nurses should take targeted interventions to improve the social participation of patients and promote the patients return to society.
