Abstract:
Objective To stimulate students' interest and improve practical ability in nursing students with the teacher cosplay.Methods The "little teachers" from Grade 2008 were regularly,specially and intensively trained,and the qualified students helped guide the training operation practice as "little teachers".Results The average score of random examination in Grade 2008 nursing students including theoretical test and operation test were respectively (90.28 ± 5.73) and (89.43 ± 6.12),and were significantly higher than (85.01 ± 9.16),(84.96 ± 8.15) in Grade 2007 nursing students,and the differences were statistically significant (t =4.854,4.330,respectively; P < 0.05).Conclusions "Little teacher" mode can help improve students' interest in learning,increase their nursing skills and enhance the effect of nursing training teaching.
