Abstract:
Objective To observe the influence of the application of individualized nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of the patients with ischemic cerebral vascular diseases treated with endovascular intervention.Methods Selected 53 patients with ischemic cerebral.vascular diseases as control group and 67 patients with ischemic cerebral vascular diseases as observation group,who treated with endovascular intervention from January 2010 to December 2010 and from January 2011 to December 2011 respectively.Nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group and routine nursing care was adopted in control group.The sleeping time,nursing measure leakages,postoperative complications and patient satisfaction were observed.Results In the observation group,the sleeping time were all increased in preoperative one night and the postoperative night (t =3.482,P =0.001 ; t =2.533,P =0.013),the nursing measure leakages were reduced(3.0％ vs 13.2％,P =0.043),the incidence of postoperative complications was reduced(3.0％ vs 15.1％,P =0.022),and the patient satisfaction was improved(97.0％ vs 81.1％ ;x2 =8.294,P =0.004) significantly.Conclusions The individualized nursing intervention can effectively reduces the postoperative complications,and improves the nursing quality,promotes the rehabilitation of patients,improves their life quality and satisfaction.
