Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical rescue and nursing plan for the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients in emergency department.Methods Totals of 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected and divided into control group (n =60) and experimental group (n =60) randomly.A new rescue nursing scheme was taken in experimental group,while routine nursing was taken in control group.Then,the effect of treatment was observed and compared between control group and experimental group.Results In experimental group,58 cases were cured,2 improved,no cases was dead,and the cure rate was 96.67％.And 45 cases were cured,12 were improved,3 cases were dead,and the cure rate was 75.00％ in control group.The success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (x2 =12.857,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The new nursing scheme has good effect on rescuing patients with acute myocardial infarction.
