Abstract: Objective To discuss the nursing for patients with articular cartilage injury of knee joint after arthroscopic and stem cells transplantation.Methods With autologous bone marrow stem cell as the parent,stem cells were transplanted to patients' knee joints after separation and differentiation in vitro,promoting the recovery and reconstruction of the cartilage.Nursing intervention was implemented to 16 patients from preoperative preparation until after the surgery,to enhance patients' sense of self-protection and encourage them to do functional exercise actively.Results The success rate of operation was 100％ for the 16 patients,whose function was improved obviously after 4 weeks without recurrence and exacerbation.Conclusions Arthroscopic and stem cells transplantation can effectively alleviate the symptoms of articular cartilage injury of knee joint,and the whole nursing intervention can promote patients' functional recovery as soon as possible.
