Abstract:
Objective To explore clinical effect of predictive nursing on prevention of lung infection after abdominal surgery with anesthesia intubation in Gynecology department.Meethods Totals of 190 cases of abdominal surgery patients with anesthesia intubation were divided into observation group (n =95) and control group (n =95) randomly.Patients in observation group were treated by using predictive nursing,and control group were treated general care measures.The lung infection morbidity between two groups were observed and compared.Results The lung infection morbidity in observation group and control group was 1.05％ (1/95)and 8.42％ (8/95),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =5.72,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Predictive nursing intervention on prevention of lung infection after abdominal surgery with anesthesia intubation can reduce the occurrence of hospital acquired pulmonary infection.
