Abstract:
Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition of nursing quality control standards in surgical nurse-in-charge,to provide information for nursing managers.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate surgical nurse-in-charge,and chi-square test was used to analyze investigation results.Results There was no statistically significant difference on cognition of nursing quality control standards between surgical nurses-in-charge with different degrees (P > 0.05),while there was statistically significant difference between surgical nurses-in-charge with different training experience (x2 =4.40,P < 0.05),and those who had training had higher percent of pass.100.00% of nurses-in-charge had good knowledge of nursing safety management and document quality,which was the highest,and only 87.50% mastered quality management standards,which was the lowest.86.56% of nurses-in-charge believed that nursing quality control standards training were necessary,87.50% were willing to participate in training,and 81.25% hoped to join training by attending clinical nursing quality control.Conclusions Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses-in-charge training on management consciousness and methods,which can help them with nursing quality control standards and better clinical service.
