Abstract:
Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition of nursing quality control standards in surgical nurse-in-charge,to provide information for nursing managers.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate surgical nurse-in-charge,and chi-square test was used to analyze investigation results.Results There was no statistically significant difference on cognition of nursing quality control standards between surgical nurses-in-charge with different degrees (P ＞ 0.05),while there was statistically significant difference between surgical nurses-in-charge with different training experience (x2 =4.40,P ＜ 0.05),and those who had training had higher percent of pass.100.00％ of nurses-in-charge had good knowledge of nursing safety management and document quality,which was the highest,and only 87.50％ mastered quality management standards,which was the lowest.86.56％ of nurses-in-charge believed that nursing quality control standards training were necessary,87.50％ were willing to participate in training,and 81.25％ hoped to join training by attending clinical nursing quality control.Conclusions Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses-in-charge training on management consciousness and methods,which can help them with nursing quality control standards and better clinical service.
