Abstract:
Objective To explore the differences between health education needs in different period of COPD patients hospitalized and the nurse cognitive.Methods Self-design COPD health education needs questionnaire used to investigate 181 patients with COPD as well as their responsibilities nurses.Results Acute exacerbation of COPD patients needs in the knowledge of oxygen [(3.94 t 0.701) vs (3.04 ± 0.780)],auxiliary examination [(4.66 ± 0.686) vs (2.86 ± 0.801)],expectoration knowledge [(3.73 ± 0.816) vs (2.72 ±0.870)] scores were higher than that of the stable,but lower than of the stability of demand score in the education and management of the disease [(2.38 ± 0.805) vs (3.50 ± 0.958)] and psychological guidance [(3.76 ± 0.873) vs (4.54 ± 0.975)],the differences were statistical significant (t =11.689,21.879,11.322,-11.473,-8.944,respectively; P < 0.05).Significant difference was found in medication knowledge,disease knowledge of health education needs and the nurse cognitive (P < 0.05).Conclusions According to the different health education needs of COPD patients in different hospitalized stages,give the personalized health guidance,make the patients have the correct treatment and care,reduce patients' anxiety and tension,so as to promote recovery from disease.
