Abstract:
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of perioperative nursing intervention to prevent deep vein thrombosis after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).Methods The control group included 201 patients before 3 years of nursing intervention who used traditional perioperative nursing method,while the observation group included 298 patients in the 3 years of nursing intervention who received systematic nursing intervention in addition.Results The occurrence rate of deep vein thrombosis,lower limbs swelling and pain in the observation group was 1.54％,obviously lower than that in the control group which was 3.87％,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =5.26,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Perioperative nursing intervention can effectively lower the incidence of deep vein thrombosis after CABG.
