Abstract:
Traumatic brain injury in children is one of the common causes of disability,among which cognitive communication disorder is one of the more serious consequences of traumatic brain injury in children,and it continues to exist in adults and even for life.Children with traumatic brain injury have potential cognitive disorder in communication,abilities,such as listening,speaking,reading,and writing,as well as emotional recognition,psychological cognition,information processing,and executive functions,which seriously affect their learning and social skills.Early identification of cognitive communication disorder secondary to traumatic brain injury and rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve the quality of life of children.This article reviews the current status,high-risk factors,and prognosis of cognitive communication disorder secondary to traumatic brain injury in children,with the aim of providing reference for the rehabilitation treatment of cognitive communication function in clinical practice.
