Abstract:
Objective To analyze various influencing factors on sleep quality in patient undergone transplantation of hematopoietic stem cell,and explore effective strategies.Methods Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and homemade sleep influencing factors questionnaire were used to evaluate the sleep quality among 58 cases of patients undergone transplantation of hematopoietic stem cell admitted in 100 laminar flow unit (LAFR) during May to November 2011,and nursing intervention was performed according to survey results.Results Forty-nine out of 58 cases of patients had sleep disorders,which accounted for 84.5%.The main factors included worries about the successful rate of transplantation,ward noise,physical discomfort,indwelling tube effect and worries about the economic burden.Conclusions The sleep quality of patients who are undergone transplantation of hematopoietic stem cell declined generally,and is affected by many factors.Sleep care for such patients should be strengthened so as to improve their sleep quality and promote recovery.
