Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention on the compliance of family oxygen therapy of COPD patients in stable phase. Methods Totals of 56 patients with COPD patients were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire .Analyzed related factors of family oxygen compliance, and gave the nursing. intervention including propaganda on disease knowledge ,nursing and guidance about oxygen inhalation ,interventions of psychnological and family support .Then ,observed the compliance of family oxygen therapy after six months. Results The important related factor of non-standards oxygen therapy of COPD patients were lacking the comprehensive knowledge (94.4%) ,oxygen therapy influencing activities (69.9%), dependence for long time oxygen therapy (67.9%).Before and after the invention, significantly difference was found in the cognition of patients, patients number of oxygen therapy, and therapy time (x2=17.80,34.29,12.32,6.89,26.80,6.34,6.61,15.09,respectively;P<0.01). Conclusions Effective nursing intervention can improve the compliance of family oxygen degree of patients with COPD, and improve their quality of life.
