Abstract:
Objective To discuss the methods and management of nursing academic exchange in the four Latin America countries.Methods Many methods such as static displays,academic seminars,visit exchanges,individual conversations and other means were used in the hospital ship.Results Through 18 static displays,3 project reports,1 technical operation display,18 visit exchange learnings and individual interviews,we knew some management,quality control,training and education of nursing in the four countries,which not only broadened our horizon but also enhanced the friendship and affection between the two countries.Conclusions Academic communication with the four countries of Latin America on the hospital ship can widen our sight,enhance friendship and understanding,and its methods are feasible,which worth using for reference.
