Abstract:
Objective To promote administrative efficiency and quality by exploring the types and contents of operating room nursing conferences and making the process and significance of conferences clearly.Methods Some operating room conferences and their contents were analyzed,and then the content law and significance were found.Results The nursing conferences in research-oriented hospital have systematic,regularity,instructive and specificity properties.Conclusions Operating room nursing conferences were of important constructive significance during operating room working.It' s very helpful for effective nursing work,administrative efficiency and quality and team spirit to purposely and systematically organize nursing conferences.
