Abstract:
Objective To investigate the anxiety status of Iodine-125 implantation patients with gastroparesis syndrome and analyze its influencing factors so as to provide evidence for intervention.Methods A questionnaire investigation was conducted in 38 Iodine-125 implantation patients combined with gastroparesis syndrome with the Zung,Anxiety self-assessment scale (SAS).Results The results showed that 100 percent patients had anxious symptoms of varying degrees.The average SAS score was (64.32 ±9.29),with 78.95%patients had the symptoms of mild to medium degree.21.05% patients had serious degree symptoms.Primary influencing factors included the physical uncomfortable feeling (100%),worrying about the effective of operation(78.95% ),worrying about the hospitalization expenses(55.26% ) and so on.Conclusions Anxiety of Iodine-125 implantation patients with gastroparesis syndrome should be pay more attention,so it is important to improve patients' cognation on the treatment,help them adjust psychology,give more family and social support,and strengthen the observation so as to early treatment.
