Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical nurses' needs for first-aid knowledge learning,so as to provide evidence for clinical nurses training.Methods Stratified sampling was used and 130 clinical nurses were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire.Results Among 130 nurses,48.5％ of nurses chose the learning way of exercise training,46.9％ of nurses chose the way of lectures,35.4％ chose the way of visit training; the top three desired frequency of the learning was that 35.4％ of nusres desired training once a quarter,25.4％ desired training once a month,22.3％ desired training six months.The ratio of needs,badly in need and urgent need ( score ≥ 2) among training term was more than 50％,which confirmed the training programs were generally recognized,among which need of rescue treatment for acute myocardial infarction was the highest proportion of 92.3％,brain function monitoring 64.6％.Nurses with different working years had different training needs for first aid (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions It is important to launch the first-aid knowledge training for clinical nurses though nurses layering,key training,new way of training and so on.
