Abstract:
Objective To explore the nursing intervention of conservative treatment for children with sagittai fracture of the mandibular condyle (SFMC).Methods Eight patients with SFMC who received the conservative treatment were given psychological intervention,reasonable nutrition support,oral care and functional training.Results Clinical satisfactory results were obtained in all the patients with good occlusion,no joint murmurs and ankylosis.Mandible movement and function was normal.Conclusions Conservative treatment with appropriate nursing care for patients with SFMC can promote their fracture healing and improve clinical rehabilitation effect.
