Abstract:
Objective To study the attitude and knowledge of pulmonary tuberculosis among clinical nurses,so as to provide reference evidence for launching targeted tuberculosis special training.Methods Convenience sampling was adopted to investigate 375 nurses in Grade A hospital with tuberculosis questionnaire.Results The average score of related knowledge of pulmonary tuberculosis among clinical nurses was ( 18.71 ±3.45) with a medium level,and the dimensions score of protection measure,medicine control was lower and respectively was (3.88 ± 1.25 ) and (4.15 ± 1.11 ).The average score of attitude among nurses was (40.08 ±6.01) with a medium level.The tuberculosis nursing experience,attitude and titles were the important influencing factors of knowledge score ( P＜ 0.05 ),and the attitude of pulmonary tuberculosis was positively correlated with knowledge and training(r =0.187,0.122,respectively ;P ＜0.05 ).Conclusions The knowledge of pulmonary tuberculosis among nurses is incomprehensive,ss it is important to strengthen the training on the knowledge of tuberculosis and improve nurses' attitude for the tuberculosis patients,and fully play their role in the prevention and treatment of the pulmonary tuberculosis.
