Clinical features and retrospective analysis of non-sebaceous gland lymphoma

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies of non-sebaceous lymphoma by analyzing the clinical and pathological characteristics.METHODS The clinical data of 5 cases of non-sebaceous gland lymphoma diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital,College of Clinical Medicine of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2015 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and their clinical features,imaging findings,histological features,treatment and prognosis were analyzed in combination with the literature.RESULTS Among the 5 patients,2 cases occurred in the nasopharynx and 3 cases occurred in the parotid gland,all of which were treated by surgery in our department.No recurrence was observed in 1-9 years of postoperative follow-up.CONCLUSION Non-sebaceous gland lymphoma is a rare benign tumor occurring in nasopharynx.It has certain histological characteristics,and differential diagnosis is particularly important.Surgical resection is an effective means of treatment.
