Abstract:
Objective To compare the sweep quality and influencing on the ward environment among two sweeping bed methods so as to find a suitable,scientific effective and simple operation way of sweeping bed in clinic.Methods Wards of department were randomly divided into two groups.Each group have 5 wards and 14 beds.Sticky dust roll was used in experimental group and wet-model sweeping bed was used in control group.Comparison sweeping bed score and time,air samples of ward and surface samples of beds,receivability of nurses.Results Comparison with wet-model sweeping bed,time of sticky dust roll sweeping bed was saved [(16.91±1.30) min/d vs (24.90±2.21) min/d],sweeping bed score [(4.58±0.49) vs (4.48±0.50)],air samples of ward before sweeping bed [(444.75±137.91) cfu/m2 vs (463.90±116.73) cfu/m2 ]and after sweeping bed [(453.50±114.40) cfu/m2 vs (453.30±107.58) cfu/m2],and the difference was statistically significant (t=8.033,12.867,respectively;P＞0.05).While the surfaee samples of beds of two groups before sweeping bed (13.15 ±3.71) cfu/m2 and (15.00±2.75) cfu/m2,after sweeping bed (7.80 ±2.50) cfu/m2 and (8.65±2.41) cfu/m2,the differences were significant (t=8.033,12.867,respectively;P＜0.05).Conclusious Sticky dust roll sweeping bed is a convenient,reliable,clean and no air contamination way of sweeping bed.It is useful and effective and well worth to popularized in conditional hospital.
