Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of the pour ‘T' fixed method on the subarachnoid hemorrhage treatment of lumbar cistern.Methods Totals of 120 subarachnoid hemorrhage cases with the lumbar cistern drainage were randomly divided into observation group( n =60) and control group(n =60),and observation group adopted the pour ‘T' fixed method to fix the drainage tube while control group adopted the ‘ —' fixe method to fix the tube.Tape roll edge or shift,tube falling off number,pressure,impeded drainage,tape allergic of two groups were observed and compared.Results The incidence of tape roll edge or shift during 48 h and after 48 h,the incidence of tube falling off after 48 h,the incidence of pressure occurred of the control group,respectively,was 31.7％,56.7％,13.3％,51.7％ and that of the observation group was 1.7％,8.3％,0％,18.3％,and the difference was statistically significant ( x2 =19.440,31.947,6.563,14.652,respectively;P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The application of the pour‘ T' fixed method reduce the incidence of the infection,increase the effectiveness of tube fixed,reduce pressure occurrence,and good for nurses' operation.
