Abstract:
Objective To investigate the influence of family lung rehabilitation exercise on life quality in elderly,stable phase COPD ( stage Ⅱ ) patients.Methods Sixty-two elderly cases of stable phase COPD ( stage Ⅱ ) patients were selected and given the quantifying lung rehabilitation exercise.The BODE index,CAT questionnaire score,the frequency of AECOPD and hospitalization frequency were calculated before the exercise,after one month,three month and six month of the exercise,respectively,the effectiveness and utility of the family lung rehabilitation exercise were analyzed.Results Compared with before the exercise,there is a statistical significance in CAT questionnaire [( 10.83 ± 3.21 ) vs ( 13.58 ± 3.55 ) ; t =-4.52,P < 0.05 )]after one month of the exercise; Compared with before the exercise,there is a statistical significance in the BODE index and CAT questionnairc[(3.40± 1.14),(7.08 ± 1.78 ) ; t=-2.61,-8.05,respectively; P<0.05] ; Compared with before and after one month of the exercise,there is a statistical significance in the BODE index and CAT questionnaire (t =-3-21 ;-15.50;-3.08 ;-10.50,respectively,P < 0.05 ) after six month of the exercise.Conclusions Family lung rehabilitation exercise can improve the life quality of elderly stable COPD ( stage Ⅱ ) patients.
