Abstract:
Objective To find out the perioperative nursing demands of patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in the operating room and the actual performed conditions of nurses,and to meet the demand of patients and improve the nursing quality in the operating room.Methods The perioperative nursing demands of patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in the operating room and the actual performed conditions of nurses were investigated by using questionnaire.Results Total score for necessity of each nursing intervention was (71.44 ± 22.28 ),including ( 74.10 ± 21.78 ) in male patients and (62.70 ±22.17) in female patients,and the different was significant ( t =2.092,P ＜ 0.05 ).In intranperative period,total score for necessity of each nursing intervention was (75.37 ± 15.13),and (50.89 ±29.47) after operation.The total scores of attitude between intranperative period and postoperative,the different was no sighificant(P ＞ 0.05 ) ;Preoperative and perioperative and postoperative compared respectively,the different was significant (t =6.791,7.922,respectively;P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions The nurses in the operating room should carry out the key preoperative nursing based on the emphasis of nursing and the demands of patients,and should receive patients warmly and relieve their nervous emotions during the operative period.Moreover,further study about how to perform higher quality postoperative nursing is needed.
