Abstract:
To report the perioperative nurse management of total hip replacement surgery for a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus and bilateral femoral head avascular necrosis.Before the surgery,giving the patient a psychological care and doing preoperative prepare cooperated with the doctors.After the surgery,observing vital signs in general and lower limbs closely,emphasizing on basic nurse care and functional exercise.After effective treatment and careful nursing,the patient recovered well without pressure sores,venous thrombosis,joint dislocation and other complications.The patient was discharged from the hospital with the primary healing.
