Abstract:
Objective To explore the application and effects of improved suction liquid operation technique on the intramuscular injection of Benzylpenicillin.Methods Totals of 62 cases (246 person-times)with intramuscular injection of Benzylpenicillin were randomly divided into observation group (32 cases,127person-times) and control group (30 cases,119 person-times).Control group received traditional suction liquid operation technique to intramuscular injection,while observation group received intramuscular injection by improved suction liquid operation technique.Then,the success ratio of one-time injection and pain degree during injection were observed.Results Cases felt serious pain of control group percent was10.9％ cases and that of observation group was 1.6％,difference between two groups was statistically significant ( x2 =43.71,P ＜ 0.01 ).The success ratio of one-time injection of observation group was 98.4％ higher than 89.1％ of control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( x2 =45.09,P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Adopting improved suction liquid operation technique can raises the success ratio of one-time benzylpenicillin injection and relieves patients' pain,which deserves to be spread and used in the clinic.
