Abstract: Objective To summary the nursing cooperation experiences during the hybridization of interventional radiology and surgery treatment for patient with low extremity arteriosclerosis disease,and to improve the quality of nursing care.Methods 10 advanced age patients with low extremity arteriosclerosis disease from December 2008 to December 2010 in the Chinese PLA General Hospital were treated with the hybridization of interventional radiology and surgery treatment.Nursing cooperation experiences during treatment were summarized.Results 10 patients were performed the hybridization of thrombectomy and transcatheter infusion successfully.The low extremity arterial angiography showed that the blood flow was restoration and the symptom was improved.10 patients without significant complications.Conclusions Comparing with the traditional treatment,the hybridization treatment with the character of minimal invasive,high efficiency and high safety.The nurses should carefully prepare and skilled cooperate to reduce the operation time and decrease the complication rate.
