Abstract:
Objective To probe into the effect of health education pathway in stoke unit,and provide evidence for formulating an effective health education programs of stroke unit.Methods A total of 265 stroke patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly.Patients of control group were given conventional health education while those in the intervention group received conventional health education.Results The 3-month and 1-year follow-up rate were 96.96％ and 82.71％ respectively in intervention group,There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(x2 =20.267,9.546;P ＜0.01 ).the knowledge level and service satisfaction were 90.91％ and 9.4.70％ respectively in intervention group,There were statistically significant differences between the two groups( x2 =15.481,11.362;P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions The health education pathway in stroke unit could enhance satisfaction degree of patients,create high quality nursing service and promote the full rehabilitation of patients.It' s worth of clinical generalization.
