Abstract:
Objective To explore double-qualified clinical nursing teachers' job burnout,direct this group to improve job burnout,and cope with work and daily lives actively.Methods The questionnaire survey is done among 150 clinical nursing teachers of Hubei Medical University by Job Burnout Scale.Results It was obvious that clinical nursing teachers have job burnout,which was relevant with age,length of teaching;educational background and professional title significantly ( x2 =9.975,20.850,11.728,16.205 ; P < 0.05 ) and was not relevant with gender ( x2 =0.802,P > 0.05 ).Conclusions For increasing the clinical nursing teachers' enthusiasm for work and the quality of teaching,the administrative department should pay more attention on the job burnout of clinical nursing teachers,take measures to inspire and support them,and decrease the level of job burnout.
