Abstract:
Objective To discuss the feature of the patients' psychological status and the way to intervene through 126 patients' peri-operative period psychological status suffered from intracranial tumor and accepted Gamma knife radio-surgery.Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups: experiment group and control group.Two groups were both evaluated by self-rating depressive scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS).Results SAS score of experimental group was(36.64 ± 7.97),and SDS score was(32.16±7.98)after surgery,the scores in control group were(48.73 ±9.56)and(40.2.4 ±4.26).,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t =5.25,3.76; P < 0.05).Conclusions Systematic psychological nursing intervention during peri-operative period can increase patients'confidence and courage; make Gamma knife radio-surgery can go on successfully.
