Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of new pantomime restraint belt in PACU.Methods Randomly divide the 352 dysphoria patients of general anesthesia recovery period and is received by second hosipital' s anesthesia and recovery room of medical college of Xi' an Jiaotong university from Jun.2009 to Dec.2010 into observation group(152 patients)and control group(150 patients).And applied home-made new restraint belt and traditional belt in the two groups respectively.Results The incidence rate of interferential treatment in observation group was 1.86％ and less than control group(x2 =20.49,P ＜ 0.05).Relative complication rate in observation group was 3.28％ and less than control group(x2 =25.20,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The new belt is simple designation,reliable fixed,easy to clean and sterilize,better preservation effect and more comfort than traditional one.
