Abstract: Objective To strengthen nursing key points and improve the quality of nursing safety management.Methods To bring high risk,high frequency,problem tendentiousness and high cost nursing work into monitoring range,formulate nursing quality control plans,monitoring methods,monitoring indexs and threshold,and develop quality assessment standard for each project.Results the incidence of adverse events in 2010 declined by 65.63％ than in 2009.The projects of nursing key link quality monitoring increased from 8 to 60,the standard threshold increased from 65％ up to 88.9％.There were 3 cases at high risk of work in 2009,and 22 cases at high risk of work in 2010,the difference was statistically significant(x2 =22.00,P ＜0.05).Conclusions To strengthen key link quality monitoring can effectively enhance the nurse safety awareness,reduce adverse events and enhance nursing quality.
