Abstract:
Objective To research the allocation rationality of different nursing departments, post modulus and to supply base for establishing scientific nursing human resources configuration and reform proposals of performance. Methods A survey involving 489 staff had been carried out. The staff were requested to fill a questionnaire designed personally which was about different nursing departments post modulus. Results The score of neurosurgery department was 26.62 which was the highest score of surgical departments. The score of urological department was 19.78 which is the lowest score of surgical departments. The score of ICU was 26.22 which was the highest score of medical deprtments. The score of senility department was 18.00 which is the lowest score of medical departments. The score was upright related to the nursing work amount. Conclusions Measuring different nursing departments post modulus can supply base for hospital policymakers, draw up the nursing human resources more scientifically and it also can adequately transfer the motivation of the nurses.
