Abstract: Objective To explore the nursing methods to patients with superior mesenteric artery embolism after most bowel resection.Methods Comprehensive nursing was implemented to patients by rapid rehabilitation philosophy and principles, based on normal nursing.Results 4 patients were recovered and discharged by our careful nursing, and no nurse-patient disputes happened, satisfactory rate of patients has reached 100%.Conclusions Scientific and effective nursing methods were important to ensure the recovery of patients with superior mesenteric artery embolism after most bowel resection.
