Abstract:
Objective To explore the nursing cooperation on umbilical laparo-endoscopic single-site (U-LESS)radical nephrectomy.Methods Eight cases of U-LESS radical nephrectomy were performed through Triport.The prepoperative training,instruments preparation,patient positioning,and operative cooperation,perioperative instruments management were depicted by detail.Results U-LESS radical nephrectomy was successful in all 8 patients with efficient cooperation between nurses and surgeons.Conclusions The key points of nursing cooperation on U-LESS radical nephrectomy were familiar with the structure and instruction of Triport,the chararcteristics of LESS instruments,surgical steps and effective communication with surgeons.
