Abstract:
The Central Committee of the Communist Party and the Sate Council in China issued a document entitled Strengthening and Improving College Students' Ideological Politics Education in 2004. The spirit of this document indeed keeps up with the times. In the light of the feature of our Party in the new historic period and the historic mission our Party are undertaking, this document brings up the major tasks regarding what kinds of talents we are aiming to cultivate and how to foster them. Generally speaking, ideological politics education and personnel training are complementary and reciprocal causation. Besides, ideological politics education plays a fundamental and central role in the process of personnel training. This paper summarizes the precious experience from all the practical activities which are combined with the educational principles of the Party and the rich culture of Peking Union Medical College in the past few years. It elaborates the approaches on how to integrate the construction of traditional culture into ideological politics education in order to cultivate nursing talents who have both political integrity and ability to adapt the development of 21th century.
