Abstract:
Objective To analyze the condition of Japan Dafen Medical University Nursing College' s fundamental nursing training and the current situation of domestic fundamental nursing training, collect domestic and foreign Nursing Colleges' fundamental nursing trainings' informations, continuously investigate nurse student training mode. Methods To compare the understandings and the ways of nurse student training in China and Japan, study the way of systematic fundamental nursing training in nursing college. Results Fundamental nursing was related to the benefits of the patients, the nurses must implement the fundamental nursing responsibility to the patients, work firmly on the fundamental nursing job, make efforts to raise the quality of fundamental nursing, gradually solve the problem that the patients' family members or external hiring person who have to undertake the nursing job of the patients, ease the patients' family' s burden. Conclusions Through the investigation and comparison, it is important at the same time keeping the characters of each side, learn the advantages and correct the mistakes, in order to let the nurse students gain strong consciousness of doing good fundamental nursing services during the school time, practice firmly on the basic technique, work well on foundational nursing, let the nurses come back to the patients, provide a safe, efficient, convenient and satisfied nursing service.
