Abstract: Objective To give full play to the nurses in the supply department in teaching management, improve teaching model of the supply department. Methods To collect and analyze 43 patients' informations about training for equipment arrangement in our hospital from 2009. 6 to 2010. 5. Results All nurses met the standard of clinical quality evaluation in training period, new employees got the average score of (9.91 ±0. 12). Conclusions Instructing teacher plays a key role in equipment arrangement teaching, and effectively promote their professional level.
