Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of self-adhesive elastic bandage on patients with hemorrhoids or fistula after operation. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups; SO cases in observation group were treated by self-adhesive elastic bandage, SO cases in control group were treated by Zinc Oxide Tape.Ache, uroschesis, bleeding and local skin situation after operation were observed. Results The differences of the ache and uroschesis between the two groups did not reach the statistical significance ( P > 0.05) , but bleeding quantity and skin situation were on the contrary (P <0. 05). Conclusions The using of self-adhesive elastic bandage can reduce bleeding quantity and alleviate irration to local skin, and improve the comfort of patients, and worth to application wildly.
