Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of whole course intervention on treatment compliance of spinal tuberculosis patients in hospital and after discharge.Methods Whole course intervention of treatment compliance was carried out on spinal tuberculosis patients in hospital and after discharge.Data was collected by questionnaires and effects were analyzed.Results Significant improvement was observed in treatment compliance and diseage cognition in spinal tuberculosis patients after the intervention,there were significant differences(P<0.01) and treatment compliance and disease cognition in spinal tuberculosis patients after discharge was significantly raised as compared to the former study results(P<0.01).Conclusions Whole course intervention on spinal tuberculosis patients in hospital and after discharge could increase disease cognition and treatment compliance,thus ensure the treatment effect.
