Abstract: Objective To explore the method of early training of management awareness for new nurses. Methods 15 new nurses enrolled into the study, who randomly assigned into control group and experimental group , were evaluated by different criteria separately. Results By self-comparison, there were statistical differences between the two groups concerning thinking stages and scores of graduation examination (P ＜0. 05), there were differences in evaluation of the overall quality of the questionnaire in the control group (P ＜ 0.05), however, no difference in the experimental group (P ＞ 0.05), and excellent proportion of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group. Conclusions Good teaching methods and effective evaluation criteria lay a solid foundation for new nurses' training of management awareness; and early acceptance of management awareness can form a good mode of thinking.
