Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of scald-oil in treating elderly acute scrotum eczema and to provide simple and effective methods in clinical.Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into test group(36cases)and control group(36 cases),individuals in test group were treated with scald-oil and the other group was used boric acid liquid wet compress,and the effects were compared between the two groups.Results The basic situation between the two groups was not significantly different in the beginning and the clinical efficacy of the test group was better than the control group(u = - 2.032,P = 0.042).Conclusions Scald-oil rub treatment of acute scrotum eczema was safe,simple,effective and worthy of the patients.
