Abstract:
Objective To explore the intervention effect of functional training of "vision, hearing,action" mode in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Methods 100 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) were randomly divided into research group and control group in this randomized double-blind control study, 50 cases each group. Research group was given placebo and "vision,hearing, action" mode function training, the control group was given oral methylphenidate and regularly scheduled entertainment and work. The study lasted for six months, to compare results of Conners child behavior scale, liver and kidney function tests, electrocardiography before and after the intervention. Results The score rate and average score change of the Conners child behavior scale of research group had no significant differences compared with control group at six months( P >0. 05 ); the laboratory abnormalities was significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions "vision, hearing, action" mode functional training on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder not only has the same therapeutic efficacy as drug treatment, but also it avoid adverse reaction caused by drug and can be applied in clinical treatment.
