Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of easy tear dressing adhesive tape on hemostasis by compression in hemodialysis patients. Methods 260 patients were divided into two groups, one group use the easy tear dressing adhesive tape and the other group use the microporous tape ventilation type. Hemostatic effect, patient comfort and nursing workload were compared between the two groups. Results All indexes of the easy tear dressing adhesive tape were superior to those of microporous tape ventilation type. Conclusions As compared to microporous tape ventilation type, the easy tear dressing adhesive tape could improve patient comfort, increase the overall level of health care and patient satisfaction, reduce the workload of nurses and labor intensity, improve work efficiency and reduce allergy incidence. It is worth popularized in clinical application.
