Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of clinic pathway in the health education of PICC in child with hematologic neoplasms. Methods To choose 120 children with hematologic neoplasms and PICC and divide all cases into pathway group and control group randomly, make the health education table according to clinical pathway. To give health education to the children and their parents by clinical pathway table and observe their knowledge about PICC and satisfaction degree satisfaction degree. Results The ill children and their parents of pathway group got more knowledge about PICC and higher degree of satisfaction than control group ( P<0.05 ). Conclusions Clinical pathway table obviously improve the knowledge state of PICC, satisfaction degree in ill children and their parents, which can provide basis for the systematic and standardized health education for nurse.
