Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect on the adverse reaction (tense fear, nausea and vomiting)of gastroscopy patients by transcutaneous electric stimulation of Hegu, Neiguan points matching by relax training. Methods 100 patients were divided into two groups (testing group and control group) randomly. The subjects in testing group (n=50) were treated with nursing intervention on adverse reaction, by transcutaneous electric stimulation of Hegu-Neiguan points matching by relax training. The individuals in control group (n=50) were treated with endoscopic surgery with conventional guidance. Results Adverse reactions in testing group were better than control group (P＜ 0.05). Conclusions Transcutaneous electric stimulation of Hegu-Neiguan points matching by relax training could release the adverse reaction of gastroscopy patients significantly,increase the success rate of gastroscopy and improve the patients comfort.
