Abstract:
Objective This study was performed to evaluate the effects of Rhubarb and Sodium Sulfate in the treatment of the fat liquefaction of abdominal incision.Methods 81 patients with the fat liquefaction of abdominal operative incision were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the treatment group were treated by the mixed Rhubarb and Sodium Sulfate,1 time per day ;41 patients in the control group were treated by changing dry dressing and squeezing,change dressings 1 time per day.Results There was significant difference on healing time,and the rate of second debridement between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions External application with Chinese herbal medicine can promote the absorption of inflammatory exudates and accelerate the concrescence of the wounds.
