Abstract:
Objective To study 2 cases of penis debride and the operative cooperation in embedding of vessel pedicle island skin flap of left umbilical chest in combination with costal cartilage and artificial silicone nose for Penis Reconstruction. Methods Through the debride and reconstruction of penis in 2 cases of penis necrosis after circumcision, summarized the operative nursing characteristics and cooperation processing , mental nursing for patient, item preparation preoperation, observation of change of patient's condition, aseptic technique and so on. Results The operations were successful, the blood loss was 300ml and operating time was 11 hours, there was no complication during operation. Conclusions The perfect cooperative skill, exquisite professional knowledge were the keys of successful operation.
