Abstract:
Objective To explore the nursing duty three-wire system,improving the quality of nursing care at night.Methods A system of care and third-line duty were established,third-line nurses were trained,including clear responsibilities and requirements to participate in night-time clinical nursing and nursing quality control.Results It were conducive to night-time care to keep abreast of and address the difficult issues at work to alleviate the psychological pressure of front-line duty nurses to improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction.Conclusions The implementation of the nursing duty three-wire system will help improve the quality of nursing at night to improve the backbone of the nursing management and problem-solving ability and improve the quality of hospital care management,to ensure the care and safety.
